Detached House with shop

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of newly-built detached house with the bicycle components shop and bicycle service in the cadaster unit of municipality Česká in the development of detached houses. It is a two-storey building, cellarless, consisting of the first and second storey. The built-in garage abuts to the detached house. The building is designed for one generation (a family of four people) with a garage for one automobile and in the shop there are two employees – a salesman and a service technician. The passage to the garage and shop is provided from the living area of the building. The roof terrace with access from the second storey of the object is located above the garage. The object is built from the strips of plain concrete, the structural system consists of Porotherm clay blocks and the floor structures are formed by ceramic fillers and Porotherm beams. The roofing of the building is realized by the warm flat roof. The main entrance into the building is oriented to the north, the living area of the house is oriented to the east, west and south.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is preparation of project documentation of a new detached house in Rosice u Brna. House is situated on plot n. 240 in cadastral area Rosice u Brna. The house is two-storey building without basement and will be used by family of four. Building is designed on foundation strips, vertical structures are made of concrete blocks, system KB-Blok. Ceiling structures are solved by monolithic slabs or filigrans. The roof is designed as flat roof and terrace over the garage is made of green terrace system with access from three sides of the house.
The Apartment House in Žilina

Bachelor thesis is a project of a residential building in Žilina. The apartment house is designed as a two-story house, without basement. The building is designed as an object with twelve flats. The house has a flat roof. The masonry is made up of the Porotherm system. The bearing interior walls are made from, the Porotherm system. The partitions are also made up of the Porotherm system. Main entrance in the building is situated to the north. On first floor are technical place, storage units, room for social life and library is on the second floor. The first floor also includes a main entrance to the object, staircase and two, two-room flats and four one-room flats. On the second floor above there are two two-room flats and four one-room flats. The facade will be white with design straps. The overall architectural and building solution is designed in accordance to the surroundings of the building. Project includes technical, thermal, acoustic, light check.
High standard detached house

The house in consideration is a separately situated family house of higher standard in a municipal quarter of Brno, Brno-Žebětín. The house is designed to accomodate a family of four. The majority of ground area is formed by an above the ground floor. A bedroom zone is situated in the second above the ground floor. The dominating feature of the house is the second protrudent above the ground floor, supported by concrete pillars. A double garage is a part of the building. Vertical constructions are designed as from a KM BETA SENDWIX M system. Ceiling constructions are of monolithic ferro-concrete. The family house is roofed by a monotube roof. On the southern side a terrace with a rectangular swimming pool is attached.

The diploma thesis deals with a project design documentation of a multifunctional house in Považská Bystrica. The object is designed as a detached four-storey building. Its ground plan is rectangle-shaped. The building´s first floor is split into an administrative section and housing section with shared premises. The other floors are fully designed and meant for housing consisting of housing units with shared premises. A construction system is designed as a transversal wall system with reinforced concrete continuous slabs roofed with a warm flat duo roof.

The building will serve to accommodate 54 guests dining in the restaurant with dispensing up to 100 meals a day and smaller shares.
